Dr. Oyinkansola Jinadu ‘Dr. O.J.” is a philanthropist, public speaker, educator, author, entrepreneur, and mother of 3 boys. She obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Microbiology from the University Of Lagos, Nigeria. She holds a Master of Science in Psychology from the University Of Phoenix, Arizona. She completed her Doctoral Degree of Philosophy in Humanities, from the United Graduate College and Seminary International.

Dr Oyinkansola is the CEO and founder of several businesses, including Honeydrops Consulting is a subsidiary of Honeydrops Pro Inc., registered as an S-Corp with the State of Texas. Her brands also thrive in multiple industries including but not limited to Beauty, Medspa, Consulting, Education, Real Estate and Construction, and Non-profit.  Dr. Oyinkansola Jinadu is a beauty enthusiast professional and loves using my platform to encourage others by showing them the possibilities of living beyond the norms and helping individuals transform their bodies and physical appearances in 90 days or less.

She is a public speaker on several solution-based topics, related to her platform.  She is the published author of 2 solution-based and transformational books- “Living beyond the Norm from the Bottom Up and the newly published “King of My Gifts”. She is a visionary and creator of initiatives and events that benefit the global community and provide solutions to domestic violence and other forms of relational violence.  Dr. Oyinkansola has spoken on several stages locally and internationally, promoting the Honeydrops Foundation, a 501C3 exempt non-profit. The Platform offers proprietary beyond domestic violence training courses and event modules. She is the creative visionary of the Beyond Domestic Violence Module, multidimensional training course and event-based module, and curriculum that is geared toward taking our global community beyond domestic violence. She is the visionary and creator of an International system that elects global Coed, ambassadors for the Domestic Violence platform (Take Back Your Crown). She also established the HD Foundation International Honors system. , recognizing and awarding a to global leaders, organizations and individuals impacted and survived domestic violence

EDUCATOR

Dr. Oyinkansola began her public service with Dallas ISD as a science educator for 5 years and during her tenure, she established the debate and speech team. Ensuring the team rose to win the highest accolades while developing effective communication and media skills among her students. She also contributed toward developing a sound curriculum for the science department. Dr. Oyinkansola was unanimously appointed as the Principal of The Yoruba Language School by the Board of directors of The Yoruba Cultural Center, Dallas Inc.

PUBLIC SERVICE / COMMUNITY BUILDER / VOLUNTEER

Dr. Oyinkansola is a member of the Dallas Domestic Violence Task Force. She established a member-based initiative to foster and perpetuate a global culture of mentoring and volunteering youth toward success and influence, called the Global League of Champions. She is a lifetime member of the International Society of Female Professionals. She has been featured in several local and international publications including Voyage Dallas, La’Femme, and Winning Strategies Magazines. She has also co-hosted radio shows.

TALK SHOW AND PODCAST HOST

Dr. Oyinkansola is the host of the online talk show and weekly podcast “Dr. O.J. Speaks” and “ 60 Seconds with Dr. O.J.” These platforms share faith-based conversations on real-life stories, experiences, tools, strategies, and education to help solve problems of humans, caused by humans. Our stories, our voice, and Solutions.

JUST A GIRL

Dr. O.J. is daughter to Kofoworola and Folusho Jinadu; and mom to Phillip Damilare, Peterson Akorede, and Princeton Olayiwola Adu.
