Author, businesswoman & coach with inclusive leadership focus
Lina Maria is a Business & Leadership Coach, author, Inclusion Strategist and International Keynote Speaker.
She works on- and offline worldwide with executives from start-ups and traditional companies who want to develop themselves, their team and their organisation into inclusive and people-centred systems.
In addition, Lina Maria is a thought leader for inclusion, as she has been almost blind since the age of 9. Her German-Brazilian roots as well as her life story make her a role model for inclusion as a fundamental right for all people.
She has successfully completed her Business Coach, Coach Master, Inner Change Coach Training, as well as her MINDFUCK® licence at the Dr. Bock Coaching Academy.
She has also completed a Coach Master for Resilience, Transformation & Leadership at Leadership Choices Academy, is a certified Birkman Coach since 2019 and certified by the International Coaching Federation at ACC and PCC level.
Her academic background includes an MBA with a focus on Strategy & Innovation at WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management.
Since 2020, Lina Maria Pietras has been self-employed as a coach, keynote speaker and inclusion strategist. She combines her 20+ years of experience in business development, innovation & change management with the most innovative methods from team and individual coaching.
She is a Fellow of the BMW Foundation for Responsible Leadership, alumni of the January Global Leadership Programme of Common Purpose, and an active volunteer in the worldwide movement Grupo Mulheres do Brazil. She supports Brazilian women in their emotional integration process into the German labour market.
With her own project LINARENNT, she regularly competes in marathons in special cities and collects donations for charitable causes.
