Faustina Yang is a multi-award-winning community leader, advocate, and founder of five impactful charities and community groups: Chinese Women in Peterborough, Chinese Community in Peterborough, Community Champions Alliance, Peterborough Mums UK (9,300+ members), and Hampton Tiddlers (1,000+ families).
Recognized with prestigious honours, including Chinese Woman of the Year, the Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service (2019), and the King’s Award for Voluntary Service (2023), Faustina is a champion of inclusivity, empowerment, and collaboration.
In addition to her community leadership, she is Head of People at The Lettings Hub and a Community Engagement Specialist at NHS CPFT, where she accelerates action by advocating for marginalized voices, fostering true diversity, and co-producing solutions for a more equitable society.
