Rachel Wells is a LinkedIn Top Voice, silver winner of the London Chamber of Commerce's Young Business Person of The Year 2024, the 24-year-old founder and CEO of Rachel Wells Coaching, and is currently launching an AI start-up.

She started coaching when she was 14 years old, and ever since then, has been passionate about unlocking career and leadership potential for Millennial professionals as a leadership expert and corporate career coach. Her clients have ranged from professionals at graduate level to senior executive level, in both the public and private sectors, across industries.  

Rachel has coached individual and business clients in more than eight countries globally, and she's also directed teams and operations in her previous roles as public sector contract manager, to deliver large-scale national educational, career development, and work-readiness programs across the UK. Rachel is currently building AI Forward, an exciting start-up that equips professionals and leaders to effectively use AI in their departments and individual professions, relevant to career and business goals.
