At Virgin Atlantic Airways, she was appointed by Sir Richard Branson to the role of Director of Customer Service. In 2009, Linda took on the role of Head of Event Services for the 2012 London Olympic and Paralympic Games. Linda firmly believes that an engaged workforce is a critical asset, particularly during periods of cost-cutting and low margins, a conviction she has consistently demonstrated through her work.
