Natalia Horvath

40 Under 40 Winner, Bestselling Author, TEDx Founder, Strategic Marketing Advisor

Natalia Horvath is a Strategic Marketing Advisor with 15 years of international experience in the consumer goods industry, specializing in omnichannel go-to-market strategies that drive faster, more efficient growth. For over a decade, Natalia built her career in large enterprises, holding marketing leadership roles at global corporations, including Diageo and Unilever, managing billion-dollar brands across local, regional, and global markets.

In 2023, after earning the 40 under 40 award in retail and e-commerce, her vision for Kontuur took shape — a strategic advisory network designed to help brands scale smarter. That dream became a reality in 2024 when she began working as a fractional CMO, helping local startups in the apparel and beauty sectors build their brands.

In 2025, Natalia published her first book (Amazon #1 Bestseller), FAST, exploring the secret ingredient behind brand success: speed. The book examines how human nature craves instant results and demonstrates how top brands across various industries have harnessed this mindset to achieve remarkable success. It also reveals how the next generation of brands is leveraging new technologies like AI to accelerate growth even further. She shares her proven 7-step go-to-market framework, designed to be future-proof in an increasingly channel-less world.

Born in Moscow, raised in Budapest, with a gap year in America, studies in Portugal, married in Asia, and now living in the Netherlands, Natalia is a global citizen at heart. She’s also a dedicated advocate for women in leadership. Natalia founded TEDx Coolhaven Women and the Lean In Network International in Rotterdam to create platforms where women can break barriers and build a more equitable future.
