Jennifer Keane

Creator of PayGap.ie, advocate for diversity in STEM

A graduate of NUI Maynooth (BSc) and The Open University (MSc), Jennifer has been working in technology for almost 20 years.

Gender equality has always been a strong personal interest, especially as she's progressed through her own career in technology.

She has driven programs such as GirlSmarts4Tech (SAP Ireland) and outreach programs with Ballycullen Family Resource Centre (PTC Ireland) to encourage young girls to remain in STEM subjects, and continues to seek opportunities to encourage diversity in STEM.

Frustrated by the lack of the promised central portal for gender pay gap reports, she decided to dust off my software development skills and solve the problem by creating PayGap.ie, a central portal for Irish gender pay gap reports.

She has experience speaking for audiences of all sizes in a variety of settings.
