Karen Wiltshire’s autobiography written by herself and the famous sports journalist, Nick Townsend is about her career as a professional flat jockey in the 70’s and becoming the first woman to win a professional flat race in the UK it also refers to her business achievements up until the present day and her relationships (one recent relationship violent and her partner was arrested for a violent assault outside a London hotel after a horse racing awards.
Karen owns a fitness studio and gym ‘Moods Fitness Havant’ and still instructs high energy cardio classes. She lives in Hampshire and Notting Hill.
