Thea.Inc started with She Leads Podcast released in May of 2023, just one of the many wild dreams Thea has dared to follow. As an avid podcast listener and aware of the ample opportunity surrounding her, Thea decided to chase the podcast dream too. Each week, Thea interviews leaders who are willing to get real about their experiences, failures and hopes for the future. Recorded, edited and uploaded by Pearland Podcast Studio, She Leads continues to offer a space for leaders everywhere to know this truth: She Leads.
Growing up surrounded by chaos and the feeling it was always her job to please everyone, a leader was never something Thea aspired to be. Yet, life continued to show her how her talent, interest and skills were influential and impactful. Once Thea decided to follow Jesus, she also decided her leadership had to be used to share the Gospel too.
Leadership has been a crucial part of Thea's discipleship, growing closer to God in each new role she's taken, both inside and outside the church. Wherever Thea finds herself, she strives to show up authentically, accepting both her strengths and flaws while leading others to trust their gifts and courageously follow wild dreams too! Rev. Thea Curry-Fuson is an Ordained Elder in the United Methodist Church, committed to sharing the Gospel through authentic conversations and relationships. Thea is most excited about continuing to empower women of faith to lead authentically, wherever they may be.
