Book IWD Speaker: Kenza Razali Feld
Founder & Speaker at PowHerDose, transforming Imposter Syndrome into leadership fuel & helping women own their power with authenticity
Kenza Razali Feld is a purpose-driven strategist and founder of PowHerDose, a platform empowering women to reclaim confidence, embrace their uniqueness, and lead with authenticity.
After over a decade advising global organizations on ESG, diversity, and leadership, Kenza noticed a common pattern among high-achieving women: self-doubt quietly limiting their voice, visibility, and impact.
This realization inspired her to design The Imposter Syndrome Workshop, an immersive experience that helps women understand the roots of their inner critic, reframe it as an ally, and step into their full power , without burnout or guilt.
Kenza blends collective intelligence, leadership development, and interactive co-creation to create a transformative group experience.
