Anita Lynch is a multi award-winning Clinical Director, trauma psychotherapist and founder of The Misneach Centre, leading a multidisciplinary team of 30+ practitioners supporting adults, couples and teens.
After qualifying in Australia, Anita returned to Ireland to build a private practice from the ground up, pivoting through Covid and going on to establish a values-led counselling centre focused on access, professionalism and community care.
She is a lecturer, published researcher and public speaker who blends clinical expertise and lived experience to deliver empowering, trauma-informed talks on women’s confidence, boundaries, sexual wellbeing and leadership. Anita’s style is warm, practical, inclusive and deeply audience-safe.
