Book IWD Speaker: Wendy Harper
Founder, Agency of Women, IDG Ambassador & Systems Architect partnering with Pacific women to design & scale social infrastructure
Wendy Harper is a pioneering social innovator and systems architect with over 35 years of experience designing and scaling social infrastructure for peace and sustainability.
As the Founder of the Agency of Women (AOW) and the architect of its proprietary "Logic Model," Wendy specialises in the "inner architecture" of systems transformation—bridging the critical gap between individual mindset shifts and large-scale collective action.
Wendy’s work is currently focused on the Pacific, where she is partnering with First Nations Elder Mary Jack to build Mitingar - Vanuatu’s first national grassroots women-led representative body. This "Living Laboratory" is proving how women-led social leadership directly catalyses community resilience in the face of climate disaster.
What She Will Cover:
Wendy will share the blueprint for how "inverted governance" and collaborative capacity building can unlock the world’s greatest reserve resource: the leadership of 2 billion underserved women. She will explore the practical application of the **Inner Development Goals (IDGs)** in high-stakes environments and offer a compelling vision for how Australian leaders can partner with Pacific women to design the social infrastructure of the future.
Key Roles:
* Founder & CEO, Agency of Women
* Founding Chair, Business Women Australia Advisory Board
* Ambassador-at-Large, Women’s Climate Congress
* Co-Founder & Convenor, IDG Australia National Hub
Why Book Wendy:
Wendy offers a rare blend of strategic rigour, profound human insight and a heart-warming presence. Her presentations move beyond theory to "deliberate practice," inviting audiences into a legacy of action that is tangible, scalable, and deeply inspiring.
