Diversity Advisor and Coach, happily sharing her experience with a Swedish accent

Originally from Sweden, Annika has  lived and worked in Baden-Württemberg, Germany, since 1990 and has many years of experience in cross-cultural collaboration and IT.  

Before setting up her own business she worked 25 years at SAP SE. During her career she headed international teams, trained and worked with colleagues from all parts of the world. She gained valuable experience as project lead for Diversity & Inclusion in SAP’s global development organization, working closely together with HR and all management levels to foster an inclusive working environment.  

Today, her customers profit from this vast experience. Her presentations give you deeper insights into issues relevant to diversity and diversity management. Annika enjoys sharing her personal experience and best-practice tips, combined with cutting-edge research findings and trends.
